Placing an order

All orders must be received by 3pm daily.
- Order review & confirmation
Once order is reviewed, you will receive confirmation via email. If you have not received your confirmation email within a reasonable time, it may be wise to call and confirm that we have received your order.
All orders with be presented in disposable boxes. Melamine & ceramic are available upon request. We reserve the right to charge the client for breakages, loss, or damage to platters. We will pick up platters within 48 hours.
Delivery will be made on the date & time required. We will do our upmost to deliver your order at the requested time. Please allow a 30 min delivery window as delays in peak times are unavoidable.
Invoices are system generated and should be automatically received once order has been received. If you have not received your invoice, please call 1300 WE CATER for one of our friendly staff to assist you.

How do I begin placing orders?
Placing orders can be done easily through our user friendly online facility. Once order is placed, you will receive an email confirming your order details. If your email has not been received within 30 minutes, please call 1300 WE CATER. If you require a custom quote or you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to call us.
How do we pay?
Juju Catering accepts payment via cash, EFT or credit card including American express.
All credit card transactions will attract a merchant fee. Corporate accounts must be setup by filling in a new customer form or by completing the online registration form. All accounts have 7 day payment terms. A deposit may be required for certain orders and non-account customers.
Who do I call if I need assistance for a customized menu?
Juju Catering would be more than happy to customize a menu to suit your needs. We can advise you on quantities, serving size and menu ideas to make your event or function special with no fuss or headaches.

Are you able to provide staff?
We are able to offer a whole range of staffing solutions for your next event.This includes chefs, wait staff, baristas etc. All of our staff are professionally trained with the relevant qualifications. Are you able to provide equipment?
We are able to offer most equipment needed for any function or event. Please contact our team on 1300 WE CATER for more information & pricing.
Are you able to cater for special dietary and intolerance requests?
Our chefs pay close attention in preparing your dietary meals. We cannot fully guarantee that the meal is 100 % compliant due to our kitchen environment containing nuts, dairy, flour, gluten, sugar etc.
Is it possible to amend an order?
Amendments can be made to most items provided it is confirmed no later than 2pm the previous business day. This can be done via email or calling 1300 WE CATER.
What if I need to cancel my order?
Cancellations are permitted with at least 24 hour’s notice prior to delivery. Any cancellations within 24 hours will incur a cancellation fee. Please contact us to reconfirm cancellation and fees.
What do I do if I have any problems?
If you have any problems with your order, call 1300 WE CATER and a friendly member of the Juju team can assist you with anything you need.
Please note all menu prices exclude GST. While all attempts will be made to maintain published prices they may be subject to change without notice. Surcharges & minimum charges apply on weekends, public holidays as well as outside operating hours.
Images of the food that appear on our website and marketing collateral are indicative only. The style & presentation may vary. All menus are seasonal and are subject to availability of produce. We reserve the right to modify the menu at any time. If this occurs a substitution will be offered of equal or greater value.
Complimentary sweet platter
Receive a complimentary sweets platter for 10 people when you order online and spend $200 ex gst. Type “sweets” in the comments section on the online form to redeem promotion. The platter contains 10 pieces of sweet treats selected by the chef on the day of the catering. We have no obligations to fulfill any dietary requirements or special requests. No refunds will be issued regarding this product.
Free Sandwich with lunch orders
When you order lunch to arrive between 11:30am and 2pm you will receive a free sandwich. Type “Freebie” in the comments section on the online form to redeem promotion. The sandwich type and filling is selected by the chef on the day of the catering. We have no obligations to fulfill any dietary requirements or special requests. No refunds will be issued regarding this product.
Juju Catering currently holds public liability insurance.
Delivery Fees and Weekend Rates
Delivery fees apply to most orders. Please refer to the “Check Out” section of this website to calculate the fee that applies to your area. Please call 1300 WE CATER to enquire about weekend delivery fees.
Returns & Refunds Policy
Juju Catering goes to great lengths to ensure that all orders are filled accurately and on time and are of the highest quality. If you are not happy with the product once it is received please let us know so we can take the appropriate action to resolve the issue.
If cancelled less than 24 hours prior to the event, deposits will be refunded less a 20% service charge. No deposits will be refunded if cancelled with less than 7 days until the event. You may reschedule without fee prior to 48 hours within the event. If you must reschedule with less than 48 hrs notice, there will be an additional 20% due at time of rescheduling. Final payment is due 24hrs prior to your event, once final payment is received we cannot issue any refunds.
Limit of Juju Catering’s Responsibility
Juju Catering will be responsible for acting only on those instructions sent to Juju Catering that actually are received and does not assume responsibility for malfunctions in communications facilities not under its control that may affect the accuracy or timeliness of any orders you send. Juju Catering is not responsible for any losses or delays in transmission of orders arising out of the use of any Internet Access Service Provider or caused by any browser software or any computer virus or related problem that may be attributable to services provided by any Internet Access Service Provider. Juju Catering is not responsible should you give incorrect instructions or if your credit-card payment is not processed by your credit-card company.
