Delivery outside operating hours and on weekends are available upon request.

All orders must be placed by 3:00pm the working day prior to delivery.

  1. Order review & confirmation

Once the order has been reviewed, you will receive a confirmation via email. If you have not received your confirmation email within an hour, we highly recommend to call us to follow up that we have received your order.

  1. Presentation

All orders will be presented in disposable boxes. Melamine & ceramic are available upon request at extra cost. We reserve the right to charge the client the cost of replacement for breakages, losses, or damage to any equipment. All equipment will be picked-up within 48 hours after the delivery (working days only).

  1. Delivery

Delivery will be made on the date & time stipulated on your order confirmation.
Please allow a 30 min delivery window as delays in peak times are unavoidable and we will endeavour to deliver your order at the requested time.

  1. Invoicing

Invoices are system generated and should be automatically received once order has been received. If you have not received your invoice, please call one of our friendly consultant on 02 9560 0622 for assistance.

How do I begin placing orders?

Placing orders can be done easily through our user friendly online facility. Once order is placed, you will receive an email confirming your order details. If your email has not been received within 60 minutes, please call 02 9560 0622. If you require a custom quote or you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to call us.

How do we pay?

Juju Catering accepts cash, EFT or credit card payment (American Express / Visa / MasterCard).
All credit card transactions will attract a merchant fee.
A 7 day payment terms Corporate accounts can be setup by completing our new customer form or the online registration form after credit check as been made.
A deposit may be required for certain orders and non-account customers.

Who do I call if I need assistance for a customised menu?

Juju Catering would be more than happy to customise a menu to suit your needs. To make your event or function a success, we can advise you on quantities, serving size and menu ideas.

Are you able to provide staff?

We are able to offer a whole range of staffing solutions for your next event.This includes chefs, waitpersons, baristas, supervisors and more. All of our personnel are professionally trained with the relevant qualifications and are impeccably groomed and dressed for any event.

Are you able to provide equipment?

We can organise your equipment hire needs for any function or event (conditions apply).

Are you able to cater for special dietary and intolerance requests?

Our chefs pay close attention in preparing dietary meals, however we cannot fully guarantee that the meal is 100 % compliant due to our kitchen environment containing traces of nuts, dairy, flour, gluten, sugar and other allergenes.

Is it possible to amend an order?

Amendments can be made to most items provided it is confirmed no later than 2:00pm the previous business day before the delivery. This can be done via email or by calling 02 9560 0622.

What if I need to cancel my order?

Cancellations are permitted with at least 24 hours notice prior to delivery. Any cancellations within 24 hours will incur a cancellation fee.

What do I do if I have any problems?

If you have any issues with your order, contact one of our friendly consultant on 02 9560 0622 to assist you with a solution or alternative.

Pricing Policy

Please note all menu prices exclude GST. While all attempts are made to maintain published prices, they may be subject to change without notice.

Menu Variations

Images of the food that appear on our website and marketing collateral are indicative only.
The style & presentation may vary. All menus are seasonal and are subject to availability of produce. We reserve the right to modify the menu at any time.
If this occurs a substitution will be offered of equal or greater value.

Insurance

Juju Catering holds a current public liability insurance.

Delivery Fees and Weekend Rates

Delivery fees apply to most orders.
additional surcharges & minimum order size apply on weekends, public holidays, as well as outside operating hours.

Returns & Refunds Policy

Returns
Juju Catering goes to great lengths to ensure that all orders are filled accurately, delivered on time and are of the highest quality. If you are not satisfied with the product upon receipt, please contact us on 02 9560 0622, to allow us to take the appropriate action to resolve the issue.

Refunds
If an order is cancelled within 24 hours prior to the delivery, payment will be refunded minus a 20% service charge.

No deposits will be refunded if an event is cancelled less than 7 business days prior to the event.
You may reschedule your event without fee up to 48 hours prior to the event. If you reschedule with less than 48 hours notice, there will be an additional 20% charge payable at the time of rescheduling.
Final payment of the event is to be received 24 hours prior to your event.
No refund will be made if the event is cancelled within 24 hours prior to the event or after final payment has been received.

Limitation of Juju Catering’s Responsibility

Juju Catering will be responsible for acting only on those instructions sent to Juju Catering that actually are received and does not assume responsibility for malfunctions in communications facilities not under its control that may affect the accuracy or timeliness of any orders you send. Juju Catering is not responsible for any losses or delays in transmission of orders arising out of the use of any Internet Access Service Provider or caused by any browser software or any computer virus or related problem that may be attributable to services provided by any Internet Access Service Provider. Juju Catering is not responsible should you give incorrect instructions or if your credit-card payment is not processed by your credit-card company.

The information and materials contained in this Site, including text, graphics, links or other items, are provided “as is”, “as available”. Juju Catering does not warrant the accuracy, adequacy or completeness of the information and materials on the Site and expressly disclaims liability for errors or omissions in this information and materials.
